Privacy

The short version: your trading stays on your machine. We hold only what billing requires.

• The Casu app runs entirely on your computer. Your exchange API key, your positions, your trade history and your settings live in local files on your machine and are never sent to us.
• The app talks directly to your exchange (and to public price feeds) from your machine. The exchange’s own privacy policy governs what it sees, exactly as if you traded on its website.
• Billing: purchases are processed by Stripe, and payment details (card number, billing address) go to Stripe, not to us — see Stripe’s privacy policy. We keep your email address, your license key and your subscription status, and we use the email to send your license and service notices.
• License checks: the app confirms your license key with our license service when it starts and about once a day. That check carries your key and the app version — nothing about your trading, balances or positions.
• This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookieless, anonymous page counts only. No tracking pixels, no ad-tech, nothing to consent to.
• If you email support@casu.io, we see your email. That’s the complete list.

Terms of use

By downloading or using Casu you agree to the following:

1. Not financial advice. Casu is trading software — order entry, automated exits you configure yourself, and historical statistics. Nothing it displays, and nothing on this site, is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
2. Trading risk is yours. Event contracts can lose their entire value quickly. Stop-losses reduce risk but cannot guarantee an exit price: a stop-loss executes as a market order and can fill below your level in a fast or gapping market, and no exit can fire if the engine process isn’t running on your machine.
3. Your account, your rules. You trade on your own exchange account and are responsible for complying with your exchange’s terms and the laws that apply to you. Casu is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any exchange.
4. Software provided “as is.” Casu is provided without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or damages arising from your use of the software, including bugs, downtime, missed exits or data errors.
5. Subscription. Casu is a paid subscription billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime in the customer portal — linked in your purchase email and in this site’s footer — in no more steps than it took to subscribe. Cancelling stops future charges; your license keeps working through the end of the period you’ve paid for. Price or plan changes are announced in advance and never applied silently.
6. Refunds. Charges already made are generally not refunded, but if something went wrong — a double charge, a purchase that never activated — email support@casu.io and we’ll make it right. Nothing here limits refund rights the law gives you where you live.
7. License. Your subscription covers your own personal trading. One license key activates your install; keep it private. You may not resell Casu, offer it as a hosted service to others, or use it to trade on someone else’s behalf.
